Wln's Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

Wln (wln.bio) is an online gaming and betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between wln and its users. The platform operates under a full international gaming license and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

All wln services are provided for personal and recreational use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. wln reserves the right to change the nature, pricing, or scope of its services at any time without prior notice.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with wln, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these conditions are not met, wln reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity will be treated as fraud.
• You must submit the required documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

As part of the KYC verification process, wln may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. KYC may become mandatory when withdrawal limits are exceeded or suspicious activity is detected.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wln offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. All bonuses are entirely at wln's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus amount is typically required, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Wln offers fast and secure withdrawals of your winnings. Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to process.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, and the maximum daily limit depends on your account verification level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal of large amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, provided the total daily limit is not exceeded.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, wln may temporarily suspend withdrawals.

6 Betting Rules

Compliance with the specific rules governing Sports Betting, casino games, and slot games on wln is mandatory. Each bet is treated as a binding agreement and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

• Sports Betting: Bets may be placed before a match begins or during live play. If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Casino Games: The rules for each game are detailed within the game itself. Results determined by RNG are final.
• Slot Games: The outcome of every spin is completely random and independent of previous spins.
• Wln reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts resulting from a technical error.
• Any attempt at match-fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

Wln is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Using wln for money laundering or the movement of illicit funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating an account using false information or committing fraud during KYC verification.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing behavior on the platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Wln reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

• Immediate closure in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of KYC verification failure or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be marked as dormant.
• At the user's own voluntary request (Self-Exclusion).
• To take a temporary break under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If a permanently closed account holds a valid balance and was not closed due to a rule violation, the funds will be returned after verification.

9 Limits of Liability

Wln is committed to ensuring the highest level of security and reliability on its platform. However, wln's liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Wln is not liable for lost bets resulting from internet disconnection, power outages, or device issues.
• Wln is not directly liable for transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways.
• The user is solely responsible if their account credentials are accessed by a third party.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Wln is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming; gaming is a matter of personal choice.

10 Terms Changes & Updates

Wln reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform and an email will be sent to your registered address following any changes.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given for significant changes.
• Prior notice may not be given for minor corrections or language changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to any of the terms, you may request account closure.
